Ok...I've looked...really I have. ;) Just what does the "Out of Resources" message mean when I try to build something? I have cash, and can 'buy' something, but I can't build anything. Morale is high. Population is high. Happens on all of my planets at once. Thanks, Randy ~SDC~

Gamma Ray Bursters which would wipe out all life in a system or systems. They would propagate through space at the speed of light from where they started. You would need a tech to be able to armor a system from the gamma rays' effects. -Randy
