Key command to regenerate map?

Is there a key command to regenerate the map at the beginning? I'd like to start off with at least a nice planet without having to cycle through the set-up over and over again.

I think the entire Galaxy generating algy needs to be reworked. I've seen other races too many times in sparce galaxies get NOTHING to begin with and perish as a result- mostly in sparse or lower habitable world set-ups. The standard deviation of resources between starting positions should be within a more narrowly defined limit. While I'm not arguing for no inequities, I am arguing for a slight narrowing of them.
