Out of Resources Message

Ok...I've looked...really I have. ;)

Just what does the "Out of Resources" message mean when I try to build something? I have cash, and can 'buy' something, but I can't build anything. Morale is high. Population is high. Happens on all of my planets at once.

Check your production sliders and make sure one isn't turned down. If you raise one up, the others will lower.

Also ...

If your sliders are OK but due to cash problems you are only actually allocating 2 or 3 BC of credits to say, social build queues BUT you have *many* planets only 2 or 3 planets build queues get any resources - the rest say no resources. 1BC seems to be the minimum a build queue on a planet can get, Fooled me for a while this did - until the recession passed.
