I have enabled Mods under gameplay and restarted the game, and steam. I am only trying to test other mods off the workshop, not my own. I have the game via Steam, and cannot find the 'prefs' file anywhere on the drive, let alone folder. But as per point one, I shouldnt have to set it to '1'? I have only the basic paid-for GC3 game, not the Crusader / other DLC add ons. Are those perhaps needed? I simply cannot see any MOD's I download. None of th
