A couple of minor issues that have arisen in the latest 1.55 and 1.6 versions of the game: 1. You can freely reassign leaders as Ministers (which is great) but not Governors (why?), if I want to take an existing Governor of a small(ish) world and 'promote' them to my newly founded fantastic world which has better stats, then I have to take the hit on loyalty that comes from sacking them from their current Governorship.
