I'm loving the latest version - Thank you.

A couple of requests for the next patch please:

1. Manti-birthing pools. Maybe I'm just unlucky but I have lots of planets with lagoons but no lakes so can't build the Manti-birthing pools quest. It seems to me the Manti's would love lagoons just as much as lakes so please could you add lagoons to the terrain type you can build this improvement. 

2.  Commanders - I think this has been mentioned before, but it makes no sense to me that you can't change commanders. I get they may accrue experience and therefore you wouldn't want to put them into the leaders pool, but once that shiny new cruise becomes available, surely you would want to promote your experienced Frigate Captain rather than trusting some newbie with your the new fleet flagship?  It breaks immersion for me.
