Same thing happened to me. I thought perhaps there was a problem using Wincustomize Icons and downloaded free folder icons. They appeared at first then disappeared after reboot. Any fix's yet? Thanks.

Navigation pane & main window background color problem in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

Hello, I have a problem using WindowBlinds and my Windows 7 (64bit) system. Personally I prefer darker themes, and was hoping Window Blinds might be able to make it easier to change everything at once. I have tried W7FBC 1.1 but found the program cumbersome. The problem I'm having with windowblinds is that changing the fonts or main windows color in some folders, but not others. In addition, it's not changing the navigation font or background color

Same problem here as well..working for most folders, except the ones in my Win7 (64) start menu. Please advise of any answers...
