Planet harvester - can not delete - or move - causes hang

I am debugging a game hang. It appears to be a planet harvester that I am unable to move, delete, or do anything with. I am not sure how to fix it, or if it can be fixed.
Best would be to share a save file of it. Can you come on discord and provide the save from %userprofile%\Documents\My Games\GalCiv4\Saves ? Just drag and drop it in the gc4-commons channel. Else you can use your preferred file sharing service to give it here.
Else if you want to destroy that harvester, open the console with ~ or the key you have setup for it in the keybinds (check the settings for those), and type: hotkeys. Then select the faulty harvester and press CTRL-F4. That will delete it. Make sure Enable Cheat Console is enabled under the Gameplay Tab of the settings.
