not sure where to put this, but, the altarian resistance, though at war with me, voted for my proposal to get me more influence.

I've had this happen, too.

Also, I've had the leading faction, also the current UP Chair, vote to repeal the UP Headquarters--from itself... which made absolutely no sense.

I know Paul and Brad (in particular) are looking for dumb AI behavior to fix. I think this qualifies.
