It is amazing that of all the compatible series-to-game mods, that no one pick "Banner of th Stars". If you have not seen this series then you are missing out! It talks about a powerful alien race that pretty much enslaves mankind. All with out firing a shot. The alien race is powerful that their might caused systems to surrender. But you can't keep mankind down. Against incredible odds mankind strikes back. The story is told from the alien's view with a human as the guide. The novels that this anime is based on are great. Rent it or buy it or you tube it. Check it out and you might be inspired.

Let us not forget the Argo and her crew - Starblazers! Another great anime to mod SoaSE by.

I liked the series. But the combat was weird at best :/ How to replicate it?

The Obs were not aliens, they were Humans genetically engineered to live in space! And as far as enslavement goes, it's hardly true. They left planetary affairs to their own order pretty much. They only controlled the space. They didn't even like going to the planet surface. I would welcome overlords like that.

I'd agree on the odd combat model would make it difficult, but still a great series.

Hey thanks for the heads up on that link. Astax is right. the combat is different and may be hard to mimic. It seems that I have not watch the series in a while and forgot a few things. But please do watch a clip of this great anime. And thanks to everyone for their replies. :CONGRAT: :HOT:
