Good afternoon! After updating to 4.0, the game is unplayable after about 200 turns. Some of the turns take 20 seconds to complete (reasonable) but then about every 3-5 turns frame rate drops and turns take 5+ minutes to complete. Prior to 4.0, my laptop ran the game easily. System specs are as follows: 64-bit, Windows 11, Intel Core Ultra 9 (2.7 MHz, 24 cores), 32 gigs RAM, GeForce RTX 5070 Ti. I very much enjoy the game but I can’t play with the
