I am also interested in tips about using starbases. I build the "trading post" modules in starbases on sectors with trade lines, but it's really hard to see where the trade lines are in the 'gigantic' map. Is there a way to tell quickly if a sector has a trade route going through it without squinting at the 'trade route' map? Best I can think of is '14 sectors from the left, 12 from the top', etc. Also, is there a way to see how much a starbase costs in maintenance? Sometimes when I nee

I know of two typos that I've noticed: On a "moral choice" popup about a disease which produces a fluid that is a delicacy in other civilizations: "..stop this discussing trend" should be "stop this disgusting trend" The other one is for the virtual reality center "18 years and old, please!" should be "18 years and older, please!" -Derrick
I think I posted this in the wrong thread, but I thought I'd report the game crashing when you click on the blue slanting arrow in the 'Ship View' to bring selected ships into the current sector. I work around it by clicking one ship other than a transport and clicking on transports in random order. It seems to be hard
Hi Stydracos! Thank you very much for the transcript! You made my day and I am very happy! It's a little thing in the game but it means a lot to me to finally know this tidbit. Thank you again! -Derrick ~SDC~
If suggestions are being taken, I'd like to request that subtitles (English) be added to the opening sequence. They could be turned off or on through a menu item. I am deaf and things like voices I can't hear bug me to no end. "Homeworld" was excellent in this regard, it had subtitles for everything, even for 'unimportant' events. "Half Life" really sucked in this regard even though there were scripts available, characters talking to you was important in the game and I gave up on it.<br
