I'm having trouble getting the themes to work in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I just got windows xp professional yesterday and I wanted to download and use a new theme. I downloaded it successfully but I couldn't seem to get it working. The file type is a DXTHEME file but the default has no program for it to open with.When I click on it it asks me do I want to get the XP site to match the right program to open with or do I want to do it myself. I choose the site option and it didn't recognize the file and I didn't want to choose to do it myself for f
