Quick update, I went into Theta Trireme B to fight back the Scryve, all of the missing planets are in there. The Menkmack homeworld, ancient one, Beta Lynx, Orionis, etc.. were all in that one system.

I cant complete the Menkmack/Greegrox quests because both of their homeworlds load as completely empty systems. They will then move, I'll try their new systems, and their still empty. No planets or anything.
