I'm not sure if this has been submitted or not. When I am on the Governor screen and switch between selecting a governor and the other options, such as the make a ship obsolete option, it keeps the governor picture and names visible, making it almost impossible to read the area. I've tried reinstalling and redownloading the beta. Just thought i'd add this to the bug thread. ~d

I just purchased the subscription to drengin.net at the $30 price since I own GalCiv, but I can't find anywhere to download the GalCiv Expanded Universe beta. I reinstalled Stardock Central and it still doesn't list it in there, at least anywhere I can find. I e-mailed support, but figured i'd see if anyone here could point me to where I need to look. Unfortunately, I still suck at this game. Royally. I've yet to win a game with everything at normal, and the game i'm on right now isn't looking to promising. I knocked out every alien except the Dredgin, and now i'm getting my a** handed to me. Oh well, I'll keep trying at this difficulty until I get it mastered, which may take a while. Pontius, thanks for the heads up on making sure my tech spending is above 0 if I bankrupt everyone else. Hopefully they will get this fixed in future updates. ~D
I know that I've used a similar strategy to what Pontius is mentioning. Usually in a small to medium galaxy, with 2-3 civs set on normal, 2 on sub-normal intelligence. I then build up my technology quickly, setting my spending on 50/50 military/research. Finding a minor race makes this even easier usually, as they will buy your tech almost all the time. T-Man... I have never installed a single mod on my computer, other than the upgrades through Stardock. I will gladly send any files from my computer to you in order for you to verify this, but this is not something caused by mods. Also, if it were, then why would my 3 previous games go through just fine. Please let me know if there is a support e-mail address that I can send whatever files you need in order to verify that this is a problem with the submission and to get my actual score
I just submitted a score that the game said was 5000, but the metaverse is reporting it as 0, with a difficulty of Anomalous (sp). I have no mods installed and have run the game just fine the past 4 days after upgrading to 1.05. I'm hoping this is just a temporary glitch is making my ranking go down 40 steps and caused my overall game score to drop down, which affects my empire. Is there anything that can be done to make sure this is fixed? Thanks!

I just finished a game where it submitted 5000 points, but now it is posted as 0 points with Military Victory. Is this a bug? This messed up my score and doesn't really make sense since it said 5000 in the game. Hopefully this is taken care of. Has anyone else seen this problem?
