Hey, don't dis Corvettes. In one game, I crushed the Yor with the following strategy: Well, first off, I looked at the graph and noticed I was 2nd to the Yor in Military. Every one of my planets(16) was building a constructor, so I hit "Change constructor to corvette production" and devoted all resources into military production. Three turns later, I had about 30 corvettes. Then I built about 10 transports, and conquered the Yor. It was funny.

Here's my personal strategy: -Research Comm Theory, UTs, Diplomacy, then Trade. -The second you go to the Earth control screen, buy another Colony Ship(it's like 730 bc, but I think it's worth it) -Colonize like crazy, going for Class 15s or better. -Colonize other, crappier planets for better range. -Never, ever, ignore a message. (I got one about evil building up on Sander I in my first game, a little while later...yeah.)

I ordered it the day it came out, and it's been 16 days and I still haven't gotten it! My modem's really slow, so I can't download it. Maybe it's due to the fact that I'm in Germany... I'd just like a good estimate on when I can expect to start building my trade empire!

Unfortunately, this ancient computer that I'm typing on now has no network card whatsoever. Is there some directory where the score is stored, that I can transfer to disc and sent it via this computer?

The Metaverse in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

When I play Galactic Civilizations, I play on a good computer, one that unfortunately isn't connected to the Internet. The Internet-computer is well, shall we say, not so good for playing Galactic Civilizations. Is there any way I could transfer my Metaverse score from one computer to the other, then to the Metaverse?
