I had this event (see screenshot). I'm supposed to see a +25% increase in morale, but I only saw a few points on each planet. How is this calculated? [img]https://i.imgur.com/P9hDf7g.png[/img]

I find the background image of the map a little off-putting regarding trying to see small details. Is there a way to change the background to some neutral color or image? Thanks!

It wasn't cheating in GalCiv3. There was a nice screen that summarized the relationships between civs. And I don't see why it should be different in GalCiv4.

I asked about this in beta and at that time there was no diplomacy summary screen that shows the relationship between the various civilizations, like are they at war, have treaties, etc. With the release of the game it appears that there still is no screen, correct? Or am I missing where it is located? If it is not there, are there any plans to add it?
