Same problem here on turn 33, 55, and 99 in three seperate games. Can't upload the debug file though because mozilla decides to freeze whenever I try to copy/paste it.

I'm having the same problem too, it happened to me in three seperate games, on turn 33, 55, and 99. Unforetunately I can't upload the debug file because mozilla decides to freeze and crash every time I try to copy/paste it. [e digicons]:annoyed:[/e]
When you discover the idiot who started spelling "newbie" n00b, then I'm pretty sure you'll find the source of the word "turrent" as well. ;)
No official comment on this then?
It's a possibility, but it's still an irritation when I want to see the firing effects.
What loupdinour said makes sense now. As this would happen at rather random intervals where the planet would grow for a bit then stop at strange points. Planet Quality having an effect on that makes sense. Thanks for the knowledge. ;-)
I've noticed in several games I have running now, that many of my planet's populations will simply stop growing before they even reach the planet's population cap. The first planet I colonised, for example, the 2nd one given to you in your home system, has stopped growing at 2.4 billion (when you zoom into the planet, this is the figure given), but when you simply click on it, the population is registered in the details as 2.39. Could this be a bug caused by my tendency t
I haven't gotten it in the mail yet. Am I just being impatient, as I see the release date was the 19th and it's now only the 25th. Or do I need to e-mail someone to remind them? lol
All my drivers and such are updated as well. And I run it with mostly everything on high or highest and bloom on, but still no midgame weapons/explosions animations. Somebody please shed some light on this.
Nobody knows anything?
After I've been playing the game for about 15-20 minutes (everything, absolultely everything works perfectly previously to this point) I start noticing a graphics error with my fleets. I can hear the weapons being fired in combat, and the enemy hit points decrease, but I don't actually see the firing animations, nor do the enemy ship explosion animations occur. The ship simply disappears from the screen with a thunderous noise, but not visible explosion. Combat animations seem to run
