Thanks for your reply. I have windows 10 pro version 1511. I will give OD another go - perhaps it was something else that caused the issue eg the old blinds version was on the PC and I uninstalled both Actually I just put blinds 10 on now and it looks nice thanks again

Thanks Dr JBHL I uninstalled my colors after setting my default to the win 7 Aero so cross paws this fixes my problem also So is it official is My Colors being "de commissioned" from Stardock?

We had the exact same problem. Whenever we have a weather dock running OD crashes sometimes every hour. So we gave up & got rid of our weather dockets & have had NO CRASH for weeks with no weather docklets Will try the suggestion made by Kapaue and let you know what happens. We just added one weather docklets & unticked the flyover when mouse goes over and only have fly over on click. So lets just wait & see...

Seabass - we have the plus version and its the most recent ie 1.9 we have the configure dock loaded but I think that happens automatically when we installed OD + is this what your refering to Neomop? Oh its also in the taskbar

do you have any weather docks. this wsa happening to me. We tried the cache clearing & even rebuilt my docks - but no improvement then deleted the weather docks and the problem has been gone now for TWO WEEKS Before it was crashing several times a day - sometimes several times in a couple of hours Stardock are releasing 1.9.5 so hopefully it fixes this problem

Getting back to weather docklets not working - It was the weather docklets which were crashing my object dock. It got to the stage where sometimes they crashed every half hour. We tried clearing cache etc & even starting the docks from scratch but no difference In the finish we deleted the weather docks off the object dock and since then we have had NO CRASHES. Its been stable for almost a week now. Any chance of someone looking into it as I think the weather docks could be the ones causing

object dock has crashed again since we did the uninstall reinstall i mentioned above. but i have a feeling its connected to the weather docs. it seemed stable after the reinstall well for a day i notice that the system cannot connect to the weather web site atm so I dont know if its linked to the problem - it indicate my theory might be correct - for this environment anyway - that the weather dock calls the web site & if it fails to connect OD crashes. now I am not 100% by sure anymeans -

We didnt uninstall the trial as far as we can remember. Just checked & Object Dock and Object dock plus were in the windows program definitions ie control panel / add remove programs list. So just to give it a go we delete the object dock from the windows program definitions and the object dock plus disappeared out of windows prog defn too then we rebooted then we installed the object dock plus via the stardock central We notice its not in the windows program definitions now

have had a similar problem to the original poster. Actually have cleared the cache too but it sadly hasnt made any difference. Was getting over the crashing & thought that removing some docklets may help and the most likely candidates were the weather docklets. removed the TWO weather docklets yesterday & have not had a single crash since then It seems a possible theory that our XP environment eg Outlook or our security system is interferring with the weather docklets being able t

Thankyou Seabass6.7. I sent the reports to support & they gave me a solution which has so far worked fine. They suggested I go into start and open the stardock folder and delete the object dock folder. Seeing I am using object dock plus I suppose the old object dock folder could have been creating confusion Thanks to support for their help Cheers Natasha

Thanks for your feedback. There was a report but I shall check if it offered to send it to stardock. I hadnt thought that one particular docklet may be causing the problem. Thanks - shall look into that removing a docklet at a time then see what happens

Object dock plus is great but over the last few weeks its been crashing almost daily The crash often coincides with trend micro doing a scan.Any ideas anyone? Could it be that trend micro is taking over the computer as its probably got a high prioity and object dock plus tries to make a call or something & cant so crashes. Or could it be something else. Thanks Natasha

Thanks Guys I reinstalled SD Central from the website. Then a 'patch' came in immediately after the re install. It would have been the one we 'lost'
