I get the same message "Please Wait" and the task manager has 2 tasks SDNull and SDDim. However when I unload WindowBlind and then run IconPackager then it works well without hanging

I have that on my Thinkpad x41. Most aspects of WindowFX are working okay EXCEPT Windows Transitions are not working at all. In my view this is the single most usefull feature of FX. Having same issues. Transition is not working. Dropdown box does contain a list of them.. from the scripts folder. However none of the transitions are working. Animation is working though. Shadows work depending on whether I check the 'use pixels on border.." in WB5
