Yes you can Surf using the Skin Browser. As far as if the benefits are worth it, well that is up to you, but if you like this site, divide how much you like it by 19.95. AFAIK it is worth every penney and a few dimes to boot. Chris
I can take a guess at it, you should find a .ttf (True Type Font) file in the directory for Logica (C:\Program Files\Windowblinds\logica or something like that) Take that file and copy it to your Windows Fonts Directory. Kinrik, did you check out the Tutorial that Bill Munns has up for those tree's they are made from scratch. I'll admit it I have loved Bryce ever since I first ran across it, and I will defend it to anyone who has not even bothered to give it a try. Yes Bryce was first designed by Eric Wegner as a tool to do landscapes and not much more, but with each successive version it has become so much more. The main issue that SOME people have with Bryce is that it has a very easy INITIAL learning curve and then it runs through the roof. It is very easy for a beginner to make a passable picture within 20 minutes of firing up the program for the first time. I have been using Bryce since 2.0 and I love it for it ease of use and it's advanced abilities (Deep Texture Editor) that no other software under 1000.00 dollars can match. You could do what I did, uninstall 3.41 and reinstall 3.4d which doesn't have the problem. I think that the differences are fairly minor since I don't remember having to restart after installing 3.41 Hope that this helps.... Chris
My fav of all time is Voodoolights, which unfortunetly is getting harder to find. Well worth the 19 bucks I spent to register it, everyone who's seen it running on my laptop or at home wants to know where I got it.
Since I like to make up my own mind on wether or not a skin is any good, I just went into "Edit Account" and changed the setting to display any skin with a rating of 1 or higher.

Click on the little Gold Guy (2d Picture Object) and bring your picture in as an object. Turn off the atmosphere settings, and position the Camera (or the picture itself) so that it fills the work window. Don't worry about the size you have the work window set for, you can always render to disk in massive resolution and then re-size or crop as needed. Don't forget to go into skylab and change the color of the sun, and it's positioning (3 deg above the horizon works well). <A HREF="https

Look at the path to the GPF, it probibly leads to the Temp directory that SB uses. Delete the Temp files and then restart SB, should work like a charm.

I had the problem about a week ago, and when I looked at the details of the GPF, I noticed that it was pointing at Temp directory that WB uses. I deleted all of the files in the Temp directory and haven't had a problem since.
Which version of windows are you using?
