Reply to Terraforming... in Game Talk GalCiv2 Forums

I got the orbital terraformer, built it on my beginning planet and and i see absolutely no difference. Mind you, i already did all of the soil, habitat and terraforming upgrades as they came, but i have no clue as to what the orbital terraformer does. does anyone have info on this tech?? i took a look for it in the wiki. no results found.
