Any way to change the defaut icon for a file type? in IconPackager Stardock Forums

Hello. I have an icon that I really like to use for file types docx. I would like to make it my default icon for that file type so that when I change an Icon package it always uses the my icon instead of the packages icon or the windows default icon. Is there anyway to do this?
