Gadgets are not for Windows 98? in DesktopX WinCustomize Forums

I am wondering this because I went to desktopgagets to try out some cool stuff so I downloaded the mp3 player remote.The unzipped file did not work on my machine.So i thought it was compatability issue.But then I downloaed the rss feeder and it to did not work.... If heard correctly gadgets were suppose to also work on windows 98.Well i have clock gadget that i downloed a while ago form stardock that works fine.I am guess the issue is with the
