Thank you guys for your help. It goes a bit too deep for me but I spent some time thinking about a strategy and I did the following: I copied a Windowblinds shortcut to my desktop (admin rights) and then I copied it again to the other users' desktop (using Windows Explorer). And guess what! It's working! Once I switched to the other user (limited rights), I just had to double-click on the Windowblinds shortcut and the configuration window appeare

Can anyone tell me how to install Windowblinds on a PC with multiple accounts? I can only install it on one account, since the software doesn't offer you the option of whether installing it only for yourself or for all users. I'm using a Dell 3000+ with Windows XP Home Edition. Thank you.
