Skinning 'Shut Down Windows' dialogue box in Windows XP WinCustomize Forums

I have WindowBlinds 4.5 running on a computer with Windows XP Pro. For some reason, Window Blinds will not skin the Shut Down Windows dialogue box. It's the standard Windows version where you choose from a drop-down box whether to either shut down, restart or standby or logoff or whatever. Is there a quick registry fix that will get this box skinned? I've tried everything and it's driving me bananas............if anyone can help I would be most gratefu
