the problem fixed itself.. alt wasn't pressed down... i just left my pc for awhile, and came back, turned off ultramon, and turned it back on, and everything was ok

i installed WB5 perfectly fine. i installed skins perfectly fine. I then played around in the toolbars, and applied one of them, and now EVERYTHING, folders, apps, text documents, you name it, opens the properties windows by default...
