Cannot set autopilod destinations on Game Load

Started a game and set Research and Planet Build lists. Saved game and loaded saved game. Could not select Autopilod destinations for colony ship or flagship until after I had hit Turn button once.

Id say the main problem witht he destinations is that they are hard to see regardless, can't we get like friggin arrows plz?
