Can't upload...

I've tryed 3 times to upload a new Iconpackager file: impossible. Is somebody able to tell me what's going on with that??

Are you getting an error message of sorts? I will not be able to help you, but the more information you post here regarding the problem, the easier it will be to assist in a solution.

No, no error message was displayed, just nothing happends and I don't know if the file was posted. So I don't know if I must submit it again

At the top of the page, on the left of the word upload, are the words, my skins. Click on that and those should be where your skins go. You can see if they did upload or not.

If you uploaded a complete iconpackager file, it may be 2-5MB in size. That can take awhile to upload. I say wait 15-30 minutes to see if the page changes and says that it has been completely uploaded. Then, go to your skins and see if it is waiting approval.
