1.60.417998 New Core World projects needed

Since you have a cap on Civ wealth of $1M, you need some new projects for core worlds.  Might I suggest: Control and Culture.  These two are always in short supply.  Wish I could come up with a really cool suggestion, but even Influence would be better than nothing.  

Culture is totally broken now with the high cost once you get up around 9 or 10 ideologies chosen.

Are you thinking about just similar projects as with credits, or something different? And would you want them to be unlockable with tech, or available from the start?

[v1.55] I would say the game is missing tourist improvements. In one of my saves I have a lot of planet tiles with tourism bonuses, and besides several galactic buildings I can not use the bonuses.

That's blood money from the Corporate Sector, they gave me $900K to go to war with another Civ, then I got that Civ to pay for peace.  The AI seems to create credits at will, but then gives them away.

I was thinking that it would be easy to add non-credit producing projects like you did with Strip Mine and Economic Stimulus.  Projects that produce control and culture preferred, but even influence.  Unlockable with a tech or improvements (like you did with Research) would be a nice touch, but maybe a combo with some starting earlier (maybe linked to planet pop or some other planetary output threshold.  The more choices you put out there the better as far as I'm concerned.
