widescreen wallpapers

I just want to start off by saying i think this site is awsome. One thing i would like to know about however, is if there are any widescreen wallpapers available from here or somewhere else that maybe dont require a membership? thanks for your help in advance

Well, I don't think it's so much a matter of needing a membership, as it is the fact that not many people post widescreens. If there was more of a demand, there would be more of them in the wallpaper gallery. Perhaps if you asked specific authors if there are or could be widescreens of their works, they might post them.

There are 2 wide screen walls in my library, just click my name and look for the titles "3072x768".

Does anyone know how to get a single wallpaper to span across two monitors? The Mac does this with ease however I don't know how to accomplish the same task on a PC. Is it even possible?
