Galactic Civilizations 3 Will Not Start

I have tried EVERY suggestion on your FAQ page as well as all the redirected pics and Microsoft pages. NOTHING works, the game installs, but when I try to run it NOTHING, and I do mean NOTHING. All that shows up under task manager is the stardock is the Game Launcher (32), Stardock CrashLog64 (32), and a second instance of the Stardock Game Launcher.  I have a screenshot.  Game has NEVER been installed on this build.  I am able to install and play the Sins of a Solar Empire with no issues.

Try reinstalling direct x
