Ships not appearing in shipyard

I figured I'd ask here before submitting a ticket. I loaded my save game and found none of my ships besides cargo and two medium hold designs available in the shipyard. The missing ships are still in the designer and most do not require resources. Is there a new ship limit of some kind? Anyone else experience this?

Huh. I just rechecked and now for some reason they're all over the limit when before they were not. I'm using version 1.02 and have opt in patches turned off. Strange. So I guess nevermind : )
