City generate gross income - question

How you build city to generate gross ?? I create city where i build 5-6 Promethion Pleasure Park and build couple market center (later build other bulding when discover). City generate me 200+ gross inc per turn but to build Promethion you need Promethion. Got my own fraction where i got -2 to trade inc.

What you build to generate gross inc??

The PPP no longer gives you income. They changed it to pure approval. Too bad, I like it the way it was and now there are no wonder building that produce income.

Market centers and Banks produce income and Tourist improvements produce empire income but not planet income.
