Resolution issues as well as no audio

I have a 3 monitor setup. My main monitor is a UHD monitor capable of 3840x2160. Windows resolution is set at 2560x1440. I have 2 1080p monitors as well (1 on each side of the main monitor) When I set the resolution in the game (exit and restart) the resolution never changes. It always stays at my desktop resolution.

When I load up the game, I get audio from the intro movie without any issues (A little on the low volume side, but it has been that way since beta) All through the tutorial and starting the campaign, I get no audio. The intro movie that plays when you start the first mission has no audio either. I have the volumes set to max on all 3 options with no audio.

During the beta periods that I did play (Not many) I had audio. Since launch, nothing. I am using on-board audio.

Someone on another thread reported that he got no audio in the tutorial/campaign if he turned the music off, but if he turned it back on he got the audio.  Could that be your case?

I also have no audio at all. Have been playing the betas for a long time with no issue until launch today

I just tried it. Still no audio. I tried adjusting all fo the volume options to various settings with no luck.

I tried a new sandbox game to see if I had audio in those. Nothing.

For your resolution issue, I believe we fixed it internally.

Thanks for the update about the resolution issue. Just to give you a heads up on my audio issues, I did not have any audio issues when I was playing the beta a couple of days before release. I figured it may have something to do with the release installed over the beta. I removed my install of Gal Civ 3, deleted the old install directory (A few files and folders were left over) and removed the Gal Civ 3 folder from "My Games" folder. Installed the game fresh and loaded it up. I now have audio when there was previously none.
