I like to play Advent, even though I think they're the weakest race. However, throughout their culture line their Phase Missile block chance is reduced in increments of 5%. This seems like a huge kick in the balls to the race that is already countered by phase missiles.

However, the wiki says that it gets a "+5%" chance, unlike my game screen, which says a "-5%" chance.

I pray to God that the game has an error and the wiki is right, to make what is already the weakest faction even weaker to their biggest counter is plain wrong.

This is properly blocking phase missiles in culture, it's just that the infocard shows red instead of green. I'll put in a request to fix that for the next update.

FYI check out the research artifact the next time you get the chance. Research cost discounts also show up red when they properly reduce the cost of research.
