They say they are making this game without a publisher but with a yet to be announced big partner.

Could it be Epic games? They played a role in developing Age of Wonders, albeit small.

Not just TBS, but strategy games in general. Another game to look forward to this year.

Cool! I'm pretty interested what you think of it! :)

(I am a developer for Age of Wonders 3).

I'm very impressed with the game so far. The interface and animations are awesome.

That vid looks awesome. I read somewhere that funding for this game is coming from the Minecraft proceeds?

Guys check out this new vid. Very nice and very polished. Hopefully they'll organize a betatest.

Maybe its my  memory, but that looked a lot more like heroes of might and magic than age of wonders?

Looks maybe yes, but mechanics are still very much AoW!

Very nice, so looking forward to this. Disappointed that equipping the sword of nightmares didn't actually equip anything on the hero. Elemental franchise has spoiled me.

Looks good, will watch this one.

Yeah, this was already an autobuy for me, and the video just reinforced that. :)

Immediately registered with the site, reinstalled all three games, and have been on an AoW binge ever since.  Really looking forward to the revival of this franchise.

divine!!!

That pre-alhpa video was good. Those infantryunits though, can't stop wondering if it's Master of Magic mechanics at work there!  :inlove:

Tactical combat looks really good, although the dreadnaught units looked plain visually speaking. Also what was the deal with that mana bomb? It just killed everything, seems a bit broken.

Impressive. Love the interesting magic and units. Lots of tactics.

Want!

I've been watching this for a few months.  Definitely on my list to get.  I love that they have incorporated features from other games that work well (i.e. the civ resources in the city spaces, the Elemental cloth map look, etc.).  LH, Dom4, Endless Lengends, AoW3 :  Life is pretty good for the turn based fantasy gamer. :)

Looks great.   I wish they'd ditch the steampunk for more straight fantasy but the graphics, the two planes (under and above ground), and tactical battle against a fort look amazing.

I'm really looking forward to this.

This is looking super-impressive, though I wonder how the AI will handle things, as Triumph has a bad reputation for AI.

If Triumph gets the AI down, this could be a genrebreaker.

Between this and Stardock's 2 upcoming offerings, and At the Gates- it's going to be a rough market for TBS games in the next 2 years, but good for fans of the genre.
