The danman games link won't respond on this comp.

Anyone else have this problem?

I want to try modeling, as hopefully I can gain more experience working on other people's mods.

Very possible that you need to register first... since Juni, forum security have increased a little... was tired of cleaning spam post/topic and spam account... around 2000 new account by month where 95% are used for spam...

Once you are there, PM me ( i am called Fileosoft there ) and i can give you a mod dev status...

If you need some help about modeling/segmenting/UV optimization/basic texturing, don't hesitate to contact me... i am not a top expert but have some experience... by example, for these mod, i have made the UNSC phoenix, the UNSC supercarrier and the cov assault carrier along some other minor work requested by Canadaman ( mainly UV work )... and the only way to give some value to experience is sharing it...

Almost forget, the mod dev status is universal for all mod hosted on danmangame... it mean that you are not limited to model for the Halo mod... you have access to all the dev section of all mod... one of the usefull modeler there, who work on numerous mod is called Kobalt and he is very helpful for newbies too...

It is actually koobalt, with two "o's", and yes, he's an excellent modeler who would most likely be happy to help KrdaxDrkrun.

Hi! I'm willing to join to the project as a modeler. I don't know if you're still needing help, but I would be glad to help as I can. For what I can say I'm still new at this modeling thing, but I've already made some nice models (see below).

With the only thing I would need help with is the UV thing, I know the basics about it, but I would still need some advice on it. Also with converting the models to XSI (that, for what I understand is needed to finish off the models), nullpoints, tangents and that stuff.

I'll leave you the render of a pelican I made, pretty good looking, at least for me
