It's actually quite good, because there's usually several of you on each team, so you only have to manage a few squads each, and only really your assaulting squads. I tend to use units like Havocs and Devastator Marines to hold ground after points have been taken.

Anyway, you can still play the mode where there's four of you as a customised character of your choice each, versus a ton of enemies. That's fun.

But I have no intention of playing Multiplayer, since I usually suck at these games (RTS). I remember playing SupCom: FA for the first time online, only to get OMGWTF PWNED by an experienced player. RTS games are just not my thing. But I do enjoy playing singleplayer campaigns quite a lot though

1. I didnt say there was any conflict. The exact opposite in fact. I said that there's no conflict at all, since the only person who's upset here is you ;P   (You have to learn how to read, lol) Also, you can at least try to look cool or something, lol :P You certainly seem upset, so I dont see why I have to believe your claim that you arent.

Yes, I AM THE PHANTOM POST-STEALER.

Though the "Last Stand" mode, which is the coop mode, is only 3 people, not 4.

Funny enough, when I started playing AI skirmishes in DoW2, I took up the Eldar (Banshee bewbs+awesum sniper dudes); but now it seems I've become addicted to Space Marines. It also helps that Devastators>>Shuriken Plats.

BTW Oatesy, once I get my new laptop (that will allow me to play DoW2 in a perfectly smooth fashion) I'll have to add you on Steam. Then you me&morph can get games going.

Well, I meant when you bought it and after I got my new comp. But I understand perfectly. I've got a similar situation with Quake 2 (no joke, my friends really gave me a copy).

Personally, I think you'll like the campaign, and once everything is in order, you, me, and Oatesy could probably get a few fun MP games going between the 3 of us.

I'll probably have to resurrect my inner Eldar (or go Guard if there the new race in Retribution) though, and to preserve diversity on the field of battle.

I usually play Eldar actually, and only recently had started playing Marines, before I got a new comp, but now that I have installed DoW2 on it I'm going to give Chaos a try (again). Need to get back into the swing of things.

While that had crossed my mind, I was thinking that initially the 3 of us would be playing FFA against each other.
