Need help with custom made map

Hey, right, well i created a custom map that would suit me and the way i wish to play, so i sapped a nice one together in the in-game map designer, took a few tweaks to get the planets in the right positions, but now i have hit a very major snag,

The time it takes for my ships to travel the phase lanes is pushing 5 minutes.

I have GalaxyForge, i opened up the map i made, and considering the map i made has 10 stars with 3 planet groups each, you can imagine the speed at which my insides fell to the floor upon seeing how many time s i would have alter the partucular variable, considering even if i find it.

My question is, is there an option that will set the phase lane lenght/time taken to travel to a set standard for the whole map? like 10 seconds, 3 seconds or 5 hours etc etc.

Ty in advance

I had the same problem with one of my map desinger created maps. It contained one star and about 10 planets, so I was kinda suprised, when the travel time to the nearest planet took about 6-8 min, and before my scouts had even reached the star yet, I had played about 20 min. The problem seemed to fix when I set the "map size" in the top right corner of the map desinger into smaller settings. This was vanilla version though, if it affects.

The desinger seems to stretch the map so it fits the size setting. The largest setting is meant for 5+ star maps, and if you try fitting a map too small, it will be scretched so wide, it takes the entire space in the map. This works the other way too, I suppose. If you try fit a ten star map to the smallest map size, all the planets are going to be on top of each other as the game tries to fit all the stuff in a space too small. This can be used as an advantage though, if you want to tweak the travelling times. The map desinger can do alot of things too.
