Cops pull over Marza, OSEA gets involved

First off, I know the Maraza ain't going to take no lip from the cops but it was the best tittle i could think of.

Now that that is out of the way here is a question (followed by other questions) that i couldn't find an answer to. Why is the loading ramp on the Marza always open? Is it because the captian doesn't give a flying fruitcake for his or his crew's saftey? Or is it because he is a rebel without a cause, but with a cause to rebel? Or possibly is it because he leaves it open just incase if a battle becomes a little too personal for him he straps on a space suit and struts his kickass self on out onto the ramp and just unloads on any enemy ships that crosses the sights of his personal badass phase missle launcer? (Which i think would be a flippin awesome ability to have added to the marza...would make for some wicked/funny screenshots).

Why is the loading ramp on the Marza always open?

All TEC capital ships (with the exception of the Kol) are retrofits of existing civilian models.  The Marza is an asteroid-breaker.  Could be that the loading bay was retrofitted for other purposes, and it's no longer a loading bay.  The Marza does support strike craft after level 5, so that may be its makeshift hanger.

That would make sense still wish I could see the captian scream cuss words at his enemys.

ya... the open thing at the bottom is a strike craft hanger.

and just like the sova... they are allways open

because the game engine does not support moving bits... like... hanger bays... and autocannon turrets... and so forth

(i hate it when i zoom in on my mighty kol... and see the turret and the muzzle flash facing one way and the bullet going the other... sometimes through the kol itself... :-( )

The price of having thousands of units, eh?

i guess so. maybe for sins 2 we will get "weapons travel in the direction that they muzzle is facing" and "if the enemy ship moves while the beam is hitting the enemy ship, the beam doesnt stay magicly glued to the same spot on that ship... expecially if the enemy ship goes into phase space... or causes the beam to travel in a dirrection that the muzzle is not facing"  and "fighters dont pass though planets, ships, and resource roids" and "ships dont stop on a dime" and "ships without engines drift in the direction they were traveling before" and "ships dont stupidly run into planets/buildings/resource roids/other ships" and (i love this one) "ships dont occasionally phase jump inside other ships"

If IC made all that possible the average Joe's computer might not be able to play the game. That is of course IC made it possible to turn those extra detail features off.

The fact is the Cops know better than to pull over the Marza as the Capt. is a known rogue outlaw.  They opt instead to call in back up and shadow him a "safe distance" with support cruisers.  That and a phase media helicopter.

well... thats why its all for sins 2... which wont be for a few years... when the average joe's computer has a tyrabyte of solid-state hard drive... 24 gigs of ram, and 4 gigs of graphics card... and 16 cores and can handle it. (make sins 2 multithreaded!!1)

Im pretty sure this has been covered but the dropramp is where the fighters/bombers deploy from. But my confusion is with the Dunov........I have yet to locate the Launching bays of the Dunov............

The Dunovs hanger is on its bow. More specifically its the very top hole on the bow. I have a picture of a strike craft exiting the hanger if i knew how to post it i would do so.

Well I was just confussed about it cause i just started to really play as the TEC lately and i didnt think the Marza had strike craft since i never seen the option for them.

you gotta make sure it survives to level 5. it only gets one squad.
