Please give us a people filtering option based on quit and win /loss ratio

It is already long and hard to get a game going. Now in addition to have to wait 15 minutes before we can get a game going most games are dead in 5 to 10 min because of leavers.

Please give the ability to the players who want to play games without lavers to do so. Leave the people who like to leave games every 5 min together and the ones who want to play for real on the other side.

I am keeping a personal banlist of pople i dont let join the games i host but it would be nice to have it as feature and to be able to see the following stats:

- leave / played ratio

- win /loss

and even to have these as filters when creating games. Thatwould allow to play wth people of same level and with no leavers.

Thanks a lot for a great game, do not let it turn in an experience so frustrating that people sto playing it.
