Question about wormholes

I myself do not own entrenchment, but I've read plenty about. After reading about the starbases, I had a question:"Can a Vasari starbase (since it can move) travel through a wormhole it is built in to the other one it is connected to?

I could imagine not, since the Vasari Starbase cannot Phase Jump, it osuldn't be able to travel through wormholes.
