Does anyone know of anyplace where I can get a full list of all the unique techs and planetary imporvements introduced with ToA?
The folks at I-Mod have made TA tech tree posters available, and the free Galactopedia provides a decent GUI that can display all the content of the XML files in the game (you need .NET installed if you're not running Vista or Win 7).
