It's really nice to see Stardock stepping up to the plate as publisher for Demigod, so I think the community should follow suit and show some initiative in order to boost the popularity of the game. Demigod certainly looks like it will cater to fans of both Gas Powered Games' previous titles and the whole Warcraft 3 DOTA scene.

January 28: I'm not dead! I'm alive! However, Demigod Guru is pretty much dead, sad to say. But this community looks to be more alive than ever, so I'm not too sad. I've moved the content over to Hellforge, which contains the interview with John "Scathis" Comes. 

I will continue to blog about Demigod over there.

We should be at those sites more often due to the fact that if the posts there aren't recent, users are much less likely to join.

Also considering that currently these are the only two fansites in existance....

Yeah, sadly, the sites are like ghost towns right now.

It'd be nice to see some more interest built up in the game's early communities, to create a grassroots environment of sorts.

I'm pretty dedicated to my site (Demigod Guru) but there isn't much news or information to report right now. But with that said, it'd be nice if more people visited the forum and posted on it. :)

I redesigned the front page of Demigod Guru today. It should be a lot easier to read and it has a bunch of neat new functions that I added to the site. I hope everyone likes it.

Gamereplays has a Demigod portal. It is a pretty busy site so there should be plenty of activity once the game or beta is released.

You know those nasty, annoying slowdowns we've been suffering lately?

Well, I've fixed the problem. It looks like some black hat spam site was using the pingbacks/trackbacks on one of my old sites to the point where it was crashing the server so I had that function disabled.

Sorry about that. The site should load up properly now.

There are some phpBB/SQL errors on www.demitemple.com, don't know if the owner reads these boards but the fourms on the site are down so I can't post this there.

I just started a new community called DemigodNation which is available at demigodnation.com

No members or posts yet (besides the rules) so I need some people to help me get the ball rolling!

I'm currently looking for staff, especially moderators of various sections and people to post news and updates for Demigod as well as branded gameplay videos from the Beta.

If anyone's interested in becoming a moderator, PM me on the forums (commandercup there as well)

Hey guys! I just started a new blog about my Demigod Beta and was hoping if you could post the link (and also to check it out, naturally) : D

Its a weekly blog about what I find in the beta as I break off and analyze aspects of the game. For example, i would take one of the heroes and analyze his flavor, how it is integrated into how he plays, how he plays in relation the other heroes, etc.!
