I don't know to make one..but I do know how to upload...ask Jeffery Pinnard, the member how to, if you really want to find out. I'm wondering myself how to create your own candidate.
Anyway, you can upload the candidaes Jeffery Pinnard & other people created. People like Homer Simpson and Marvin the Martian!
First, click on the picture.
It will start to upload. Click 'Save' when a box appears up.
Save it in an important folder. Create a new folder such as D:/Political_Machine_Downloads
It will download and should only take 1-60 seconds according to which connection you have.
Then, you will get a Zip File. If you have the latest version, just click on the file when it finishes downloading, and a Zip box should appear up.
It has text files...you will save these in your Core_Candidates folder under C:/Program Files/Political Machine (or something like that)/Data/Core_Candidates
For editing a core candidate, ask Jeffery...I have that same question as well...thanks for asking...if you thought my description was too confusing I will try and figure out some easy way to do it.
