I cant download Beta 3

You have to first register the product (Tools > Register Products) and find Sins of a Solar Empire in there and then enter your email address and serial number. First register and then enable pre-release versions (View > Show Pre-release...). Then the item will show up.

If you don't have an email with a serial number ... wait for it. They're still processing the queue.

Thanks, I did what you said and I also clicked 'look up serial nuber' and got an email saying "there was no registered products for this email" so I guess im still waiting on them to process it.

...are we talking about verifying my billing details rather than just emailing codes to people who have pre-ordered?

Pre-orders have not been charged yet (they're still processing and we've had issues with a few which affected people will get emails about).

Until your pre-order is charged and you get an actual serial number in an email, you won't be able to download the game.

I didn't receive my serial yet either but I used the "lookup Serial Number..." option under tools and it sent me an e-mail of all my serials which included the sins serial. Pasted it in and I'm downloading now.

Although I did put in my pre-order on tuesday.

I pre-ordered today using a different email address than my stardock.net(?) so it wont automatically link the two I guess anyway.

I did the same, you just use the e-mail you paid with when you go to add in your serial in the stardock central app.

you may have to re order it....or just kill yourself...i think im gunna do that

I nvr got the email, I just discoverd that when I whent into SD central, it already had it validated, and rdy to download.

You really should have used the same e-mail for both, I believe a dev said something about mailing support to get the two merged for correct functioning... I'm just too lazy to dig up the thread in question.

i pre-ordered about 4 weeks ago, just got home from work about 10 min ago expecting an email and nothing yet, tried all the tricks here but nothing yet

If you've still got nothing, and the 'lookup serial numbers' option in SDC doesn't turn up a sins serial, contact sales@stardock.com to check the status of your order.

Hi guys, I went onto the stardock website and told it to email me my products with the email address I ordered Sins with and i got the email

...so much for that auto email then?

I was signed into that stardock central program with my stardock.net account (FluXsUK) and was using that before and clicking on the send my products link from the tools menu. (Of course I did not purchase the game on that email so that's why it is not showing up in the email I get.)

If it won't let you register that serial onto the account you use in SDC, yes.
