Downloading Game 10 k/s ???

I cleaned hard drive, reformatted, started downloading game again through stardock and only get 10 k/s download time??? I tried another site with a large file and was getting 172 k/s so it's not the connection or this computer... what's going on? It will take days to download the entire game at this rate???

Nevermind, I cancelled, restarted it again, now it's jumping around erratically but at least over 100 k/s all the time... wierd.
