Upgrade preordered download to boxed version

Hi,

sales@stardock.com just sent me a mail, saying I can upgrade to a boxed version just paying shipping/media.
The given web link does not work, it says that there is no upgrade available for my account (the account is "null", think because I have not logged in).
When I go to galciv2.com and loggin in, I can't find a link to that upgrade page (something like ...upgrade.aspx).

Please help... tell me where I can upgrade with my account...

Are you using Star Dock Central? Perhaps you must first log in there then try the upgrade link. Email support - they should be able to help out.
