what does "(16) results of this game could not be posted" mean?

I can't post my second game to the metaverse, even though i started it as a metaverse game and won it through a tech victory, what happened and why can't i post it? does anyone else get this?

I got the same error earlier today. I read that the Metaverse was down, but I don't know if that was the reason for the error, or because I patched the game before finishing it.

Did you receive the autoresponse upon initial receipt of your message? If not, check your spam/bulk folders.

If you did get the autoresponse, did you by any chance send additional messages while awaiting a reply? Doing this will delay any potential action on your ticket, as it pushes it to the bottom of the stack.

I tried it now from a other mail-account, maybee I didn't saw the autoresponse in the lot of mail...
